Mother’s Day Gift Ideas 2022

In this post, there are 25+ Mother’s Day gift ideas of things that she will actually want to receive.

Mother’s Day is on the horizon! The day that mothers wait for to be fully cherished and appreciated. Yes, of course, moms are appreciated all other days of the year as well, but I don’t know, this is really just OUR day, you know what I mean?

But what should you get your mom that you know she will truly appreciate? Or what do you want to receive that will make you feel special?

At the end of the day, It really is the thought that counts. It just makes it a little bit sweeter if it’s something that you know she actually wants. Here is a list of Mothers Day gifts that any mom will love.

1. Nespresso machine

Mornings with kids. Are. Crazy. Coffee is my lifeblood. This machine is basically my savior and makes super delicious coffee that takes the edge off getting out of bed in the morning. I actually prefer my Nespresso now over getting Starbucks AND it’s much cheaper than buying coffee every day. Include the frother for a super fancy morning brew! Give the gift of life this Mother’s Day… Get it here.

2. Gold-filled jewelry stack

Ain’t nobody got time to take off jewelry to do bath time! Gold-filled jewelry doesn’t tarnish when exposed to water. So moms can wear this and look stylish without having to worry about it getting damaged. Get it here.

3. A satin sleep set

For some extra luxe beauty sleep. Get it here.

4. Cordless vacuum (Dyson dupe)

Looking for something to change your life? I can’t tell you how many times a day I had to bend down to sweep something or pick a mess up off the floor. It was getting overwhelming and super annoying. With this, you can just grab it and push a button and the mess is gone. Such a quick clean-up. So much easier than having to plug in a vacuum or grab a broom and dustpan. AND you don’t need to spend $600 on a Dyson because some of these reviews swear that this vacuum is even better! Get it here.

5. Volcano candle

This one is really cool. My mom got it for my grandmother who, as you would imagine, is not particularly tech-savvy. You send pictures directly from an app on your phone to this frame through wifi. So you no longer need to email or send physical pictures to family for them to be in the know. Perfect for any mothers who don’t receive pictures through text. My grandma has it in her room and she gets pictures of my kids every day and absolutely loves it! Get it here.

16. Serveware from Anthropologie

Step 1: Walk into Anthropologie. Step 2: Buy literally anything from Anthropologie. Step 3: Give said thing as a gift. Everyone just absolutely loves this store because it’s so full of whimsy and magic. I promise that anything you buy from here would be an amazing gift for any mom. Their home section is particularly giftable with unique serveware. Bonus points if you take her shopping there with you!

17. Spa gift basket from World Market or Home Goods

Okay, I feel like World Market is super underrated. They have a really nice bath section that has tons of nice smelling soaps and oils and candles. You can go to World Market or Home Goods and just grab a few things that you think your mom would like and then put them in a little basket and wrap it up and voila, all done!

18. A kitchen gift basket from World Market of Home Goods

The same thing goes for kitchen goods. Everyone loves new kitchen trinkets. Pick out some new napkin rings, or charge plates, or a marble rolling pin with some cookie cutters. Put it in a basket and she’s going to love it!

19. Trendy gold measuring cups

Get them here.

20. Hydroflask

Busy moms on the go need to stay hydrated! It’s so much easier to stay hydrated when you have icy cold water around the clock. This bad boy keeps water cold for like 24 hours. Be careful though because icy water is habit-forming. Iykyk. Get it here.

21. A massage

22. A facial

23. A manicure and pedicure

24. A family photo book from Mixbook

This is what my husband got me for Mother’s Day a few years back and I still cherish it. It’s so easy to make a picture book on their platform and they have so many different themes to choose from. Create it here.

25. A gardening gift basket from Target

Similar to the aforementioned baskets, but for the more outdoorsy mother. At Target they have super cute gardening tools, gloves, boots, watering cans, etc. You can package those up with some seeds in a cute planter to create a special gift.

Last but not least…

Gift Cards

Gift cards get such a bad wrap! “They’re impersonal.” I agree to some extent. If someone would be upset that they received a gift card because they wanted the gift giver to put thought into it, then don’t get that person a gift card. However, some women enjoy having the opportunity to go pick something out for themselves.

That just about wraps it up for the 2022 Mother’s Day Gift Guide. Happy gifting!
